First one arrived broken, alerted them to this and they almost immediately dispatched a new item. Shipping is lightning quick. The workbench is relatively easy to put together, it seems like it won't be able to support much, but once it's together it's solid. Very happy with my purchase, would 100% order from them again especially with their customer service, you can tell they care a lot about delivering a good product and getting things right.
