The Chester Coop and Run is a great coop for beginners and advanced chicken keepers alike; we have designed it to include all of the features needed for your chickens safety and comfort. The high quality tongue and groove construction ensures it will last for years. The coop is perfect for the times your birds cannot be free range as the run offers a secure enclosure which can also be extended if needed; the run can be left open for the times you want your birds to be free range.

Rabbit Hutch & Run

The Chester Model also works wonderfully as a Rabbit Hutch and Run. The solid wood frame and heavy duty lift up roof ensure it will last for years to come. Rabbits can benefit from the nesting section by using it as a feeding area or an extra hide away. The ability to extend the run ensures ample hopping space can be provided whilst also protecting your rabbit from predators.

Features

Nestbox and Ground Floor Acces

The nestbox features two nesting areas and is located inside the coop for extra protection. It can easily be accessed via the lift up roof of the coop so egg collecion is simple and quick.

The chicken coop features a ground level access door to run which may be prefered by some pets. The coop features a sliding door to ensure they are safe overnight and can be secured away whilst cleaning the run.

Slide out Tray

All of our coops feature a slide out galvanised tray, it offers the easiest way to clean out the bottom of the coop thoroughly and easily.

Perches

The Chester coop comes with 2 internal perches which gives plenty of options for your birds to roost away safely overnight. If you are using the coop as a rabbit hutch these can be left out during construction.

Size Consideration

The amount of birds that is suitable for this coop is dependent on a number of factors, you may need to consider the following;

- The breed may have an impact on the space needed.

- If your birds are free range then you will be able to safely house more birds than if they are to be enclosed in the coop and run for large parts of the day.

- We ask you to carefully check our dimensions to ensure the coop is suitable for your needs.
